Winter Solstice represents the triumph of light over darkness.
We are connecting with the Life Force of nature, our Inner Light and the External Light.
The 2020 Solstice moves us into the Age of Aquarius.
It signifies the beginning of a time of integration, equity, love and connection.
We can support this shift by our day to day actions and our commitment to taking personal accountability for a better self and a better world.
To honor this next phase in our evolution; collectively and individually, we can draw the potential in through aligning ourselves with our intentions.

Tonight you are invited to gather in the spirit of community and love.
We will have a virtual tea gathering at 6:30PM before our Solstice Practice.
In our Yoga session we will work with a guided meditation to formulate our intentions.
The practice will be slow and calming, with lots of room for reflection.
