Most of us need to relearn how to carry our shoulder blades.
Old habits of slumping forward are very engrained.
They cause neck and back pain.
In this class we will explore the relationship off the shoulder blades to the ribs and the vertebrae.
Our intention will be: to keep the shoulder blades against the back instead of letting them wing.
Please bring a small weight and a strap to class.
