I love snow days! It is an excellent time to grow closer to our inner selves.
To re-set our energy and to allow our bodies and minds to rejuvenate.
In Baraboo we had a power outage early this morning.
It was so symbolic for the need to unplug and unwind in Winter.
In today’s practice we will nurture our breathing, namely our exhale.
Our exhale stands for surrender and letting go.
This part of the breath cycle allows our Nervous System to down-regulate.
When we find a grounded breath flow, we will support and soften muscular and mental tension.
We will learn how to release long held muscle strain, returning our bodies to a natural state of ease.
Please bring a strap to the practice.
