Honor what happens in your body.

There is no right way to be other than the way you are, and treat yourself with compassionate self awareness.

When we feel pain, it gives us a cue to stop and change our behavior.

Pain often originates from muscle or connective tissue strain.

The remedy is to gradually strengthening numerous muscles and combine movements that soothe and nurture.

In our practice we will slow down and wake up deep core muscles and tissue and recover balance in our life.
