In this Yoga class we will identify the most common causes of lower back pain.
How can we help remedy this structural imbalance?
1. We will work on strengthening our core.
2. We will develop awareness in our breathing habits.
3. We will stabilize our SI ( Sacral Illiac ) Joint.
4. We will find space in the lower disks of the lumbar spine.
In the physical, external poses we will build muscle memory to live free of disease and to notice the signals and learn to listen to them.
We will use a BLOCK for this class.
