In tomorrow's Yoga class we will free our subtle energy flow, accessing the qualities of this exceptional dog.
How will we harbor these qualities?
-Loyalty; holding a steady place for our practice in community.
-Protection: keeping true to the integrity of our individual Yoga experience.
-Playfulness: being creative and inventive in our poses, translating them to our personal needs.
-Joy: having fun, enjoying our individual expressions.
We will use a block and a strap today, to support and strengthen weaker area’s.
