Summer is music for me, sitting outside somewhere listening to a band while the sun is setting or dancing at the beat of a drum at a music festival.
It reminded me of the Holistic approach of Yoga, we are always looking for the resonance with life with our inner self, our inner rhythm.
When we live from this guidance, we feel peaceful and energetic. We know on a daily basis how to deal with our challenges in a healthy way.
Our Yoga practice will create balance in our bodies, minds, emotions.
It does not matter if we feel fragile, tired, injured or weak. The practice meets us where we are and shows us the way back to union.
In this class, we will focus on our compass: our breathing, and move from this awareness.
