Tonight we will explore the landscape of our inner being through the Chakra System.
The main Energy channel in our body is called: “Sushumna”.
It runs down the central axis of the body through the Spinal Cord.
We tend to experience a pure and peaceful state when “Prana” ( vital energy ) flows freely through the Sushumna.
When impurities or blockages exist, Prana is not able to flow freely through the Sushumna, leading to physical and mental imbalances.
The word “Chakra” translates to wheel.
We have 7 main Chakra’s.
In this Yoga class we will balance them to create better health and emotional well-being.
The Yoga poses will be held longer so we will feel the vibration of each set of postures, connected to the Chakra.
We will also increase our energy field with affirmations that strengthen the individual Chakra's.
