Freedom in our hips propel from our ability to anchor our body.
Healthy hips are stable hips, or hips that do not sway.
Our practice today will be to find strength, slide and glide in the pelvic area.
The muscles we will be working with are: Gluteus medium and gluteus minimum.
They are similar in function; to facilitate hip stabilization and abduction (moving the legs away from midline.)
