Fall rest

This morning in my meditation I felt deeply how our body is such an accurate expression of what is going on for us. My tissue holding the need to draw in and to be quiet.

When tuning in to body and spirit we can embrace the cycle of letting go, rest and rejuvenate.

Autumn is a time for a deliberate, yet natural unwinding.

In this class we will align with Mother Nature as she frees herself from the faster pace of Summer,

and take a well deserved rest for Fall.

Forward Bend will be the star of the practice tonight. This pose honors the inner wisdom and voice of your spirit; calms the nervous system, and allows you to literally turn in toward yourself.
