Drop the weight of your shoulders

Atlas is carrying the weight of the entire world on his shoulders and we are not so different….

To let go of this burden, we will want to create a healthy and a functional shoulder girdle.

Release of tension starts with strength and stability.

In this class:

-We will learn to secure the humeral head (= the part of the arm that sits in the shoulder socket.)

-We will practice building strength around and beneath the shoulder blades: "scapular stability".

For this class you will need a small weight (or anything that you can hold) around 3 pounds.
