Deep Core

Strength can be expressed in many ways.

Mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

They all influence and support each other and give us the feeling of wholeness and balance.

In this Yoga class we will explore with physical strength and endurance through the CORE.

To bring us closer to our source of vitality and to ground our body and our mind.

The lowest and deepest belly muscle is called: TRANSFER ABDOMINAL.

It is location right between the Pelvic Crest.

In class tomorrow we will allow our strength to be more internal.

In our warriors, high launches, sit-ups and twists, the main focus will be the deep core connection.

In our meditation we will experiment with the Hawaiian technic:

“Ho-o-pono-pono” meaning: to make right, to be responsible.
