Breath of joy

Soups are an ideal food for the Fall season, keeping us grounded and warmed up.

Especially when they contain many root vegetables.

We can use our Yoga practice to be more grounded and warm.

In today’s practice we will introduce “breath of joy”

This energizing warm-up uses a rhythmic body motion to facilitate deep breathing.

Therefor charging the body with energy.

We will add side stretches to our seated poses to nourish the lunges.
