It takes something to fine tune balance between self care and all the festivities.
In this winter Yoga class, we will offer that opportunity.
We will focus on down- regulating our Nervous System, practice balance and warm/soften the joints.
We will use a STRAP for this class.
We will not have classes between 12/22-12/30.
Our next Yoga class will be on Friday 12/31 at 9AM.
