Align the spine

Our body has a wisdom of its own beyond our analyzing brain.

When we learn to listen, we create balance of work, rest and play.

Tomorrow we will enliven the entire body by aligning the spine.

We have a tendency to compromise alignment to avoid discomfort or to “go deeper”

in our poses.

In our practice we will focus on:

-Actively stretching tight areas.

-To develop strength in weaker muscles.

-Stabilizing the core to anchor the pelvis and allow the spine to move safely.

We will create flexion and extension in the different Asana’s.
