Active Muscles

Fall is all about igniting routines to steady the body and calm the nervous system.

We are invited to stand our ground and be a strong container for all our creative juices.

It is a time of transformation from the out-going and abundant Summer to the more waning season of Fall, marking the end of growth in Nature and the beginning of her letting-go.

It is a great season for intention-setting and decluttering, creating a warm and inviting inside space for ourselves.

My intention in Fall is to build on my community and have weekly diners together.

This season asks for active muscles to encourage stability in our bodies.

In Yoga today we will allow our poses to meet the resistance of strength.

Active muscles are overall healthy muscles and they offer more safety and depth to our practice.

In each pose we will explore the anchor ( the resistance ) and the movement ( action.)

Please bring a BLOCK tot the Yoga practice.
