Accept and allow

In Yoga class we often regard the body as we think it should be, instead of working with the body we have.

Yoga is a path of inquiry. The poses are means to see ourselves more clearly, without the need to change or fix parts of ourselves. There is a deep seated fear that we have to accomplish something, the invitation here is to accept and to allow. We are fundamentally okay. In this Yoga class our aim will be: enjoying our practice. We will uncover the ease and enthusiasm, that belong to Spring.
