Early Summer takes on the fire element with its passion and intensity. It is a period when everything is amplified and emotions are stronger.
We can perceive this either as overwhelming or as an empowering time of reflexion.
Since the 4th of July is filled with gatherings and celebrations, I would like to offer a restorative Yoga class on Monday night at 7:30PM.
We will carve out some time to rest, connect and to appreciate.
When we slow down, we balance the wild energy of Summer, so we don’t get dehydrated or exhausted.
This is a chance to recharge our social battery and find inner peace.
Our Yoga session will include: centering and cooling twists, gentle forward bends
and Yoga Nidra ( Yogic Sleep )
Please bring a strap to Yoga class.
