TMJ discomfort is common, it can cause head aches, jaw tension, ear problems, strained muscles and worn teeth. Often the main cause is mental/emotional stress.
In this class we will address the muscles and joints surrounding the jaw.
We will explore small movements of the last vertebrae in the neck and gentle release the jaw in all our poses.
To balance our mental and emotional “tone”, we will down-regulate our nervous system with a short Yoga Nidra ( Yogic sleep. )
