A clouded over sun and branches covered with snow ask for Spa day!

Tonights class will be soothing and restful.

We will mainly focus on forward bends.

Forward bends are among the most calming poses in the language of Yoga.

The resistance element of tight hamstrings can make forward bending challenging.

Poor posture, overworked adrenals and stress create this tightness.

In our Yoga practice we will release the hamstrings and improve our posture first, slowly building up to our forward bends.

The result?

A peaceful, steady mind.
