It is easy to loose the swing of things, the balance between action and rest. Rejuvenation and challenge. Yin and Yang.
The results of this imbalance often show up like chronic tiredness, inflammation, irritation and overwhelm.
Ideal would be to re-discover our peaceful ease in all we do, and honor our authentic relationship with ourselves and our worlds.
In this Yoga class we will be generous with the space of action and resting. And we will play with
the sweet space after each breath cycle.
In our physical practice we will leave room for awareness and reflection.
