Drawing our circle and standing still in the storm is the theme of this Yoga class.
It requires the core of our body to be engaged, namely our hamstrings, lower belly and criss-cross muscles.
It will give us the support to be resilient and strong, both in our physical body and our mental/emotional body.
It will steady and calm us.
Being strong is experiencing strength in mobility, we will build different layers in our Yoga progressions.
A definition of health is: Free Flowing Harmonized Energy.
We will repeat healthy patterns to instill the balance between stability and mobility.
