Shining shoulders

For many people, the shoulders are tight and either the neck or the lower back takes the strain.

How can we remedy this weak link?

We will use three tools:

-Grounding: we live in a state of thinking and planning.

Through standing poses, particularly Warriors, we can reconnect with the earth.

-Building muscle mass.

Finding steadiness in the shoulder blades through arm balances and “strap” work.

-Stabilizing the trunk to mobilize the shoulders.

Dead- bug cycles and Yoga sit-ups, tone the abdominals.
