Riding the Waves


How do you respond with your mind and your breath when things get shaky?


Tonight we will follow our grounding and our breathing all through the practice.

We will build on basic midline stability and we will get to know our boundaries.

Practicing the tools in Yoga will help us stay happy and strong in our daily lives,

to ride the waves with confidence.
