With the temperatures dropping, we are more in need of cozy and gentle routines and creative projects.
Our bodies and our minds crave that consistency, especially in the darker evenings.
We are invited to find ways to encourage, support and maintain our well being, find our “sunny” side and practice optimism.
In today’s class we will focus on our digestive organ.
This organ digests way more then food alone, it picks up and digests all our experiences and sometimes the collective experience of fear and anxiety in an uncertain time like this.
Allowing the digestive organ to release will include massage and cellular breathing to relax excessively tense muscles around the organ.
Visualizing the digestive system helps to bring the attention to the sensation of her presence.
We will add gentle twists to our physical practice to release any tension we are holing in the belly.
