Balance is al about creating harmony or homeostasis in our system.
With the warm weather, we long for a more cooling practice.
To move upside down and add inverted positions is the answer.
In our practice, we will focus on forward bends, supported shoulder stand and cat pose.
We will finish with a Yoga Nidra practice in the end, to improve awareness of the different body parts.
