Stability is the deciding factor to mobility.
If we would like to explore new ranges of mobility, we also need to do stabilizing exercises.
It is a myth that just because the body can make the movement, it will automatically create health.
In the same way that wealth does not necessarily predict happiness.
In this class we will introduce some bigger ranges in movement prepared with proper stabilizations.
We will remind ourselves that intelligence does not only live in our heads, the body has a wealth of intelligence as well.
Sometimes tightness in our body protects against injuries or holds an emotion that is not ready to be resolved.
In our Yoga Practice, we will consider our mind, body and spirit as a whole.
For this class, we will need a block and a strap.
