freeing up

When our PSOAS muscle gets tight and weak, it is hard to sit and move freely and we tend to act from our fight, flight, freeze response.

The symptoms might feel like a low back pain, hip pain, overall stiffness, trouble sleeping or shortness of breath…..

Our amazing Psoas:

-Stabilizes our torso and our spine.

-Allows us to bend our hips and legs towards our chest.

-Supports our inner organs.

-Is connected to our Diaphragm which allows us to down-regulate our nervous system and helps us to breathe.

In the poses we will practice different hip openers, twists and gentle standing poses.

For this PSOAS Yoga class you will need a strap and a blanket.

Much love,

“Gratitude is riches. Complaint is poverty.”
