The gateways to nurture ourselves are diverse and they start with a strong frame work.

A Yoga practice helps us to set the foundation for nourishment in the body, mind and emotions.

When we feel vital and grounded we tend to intuitively know what we need in each moment.

We will enjoy time with uplifting community and set time aside to recharge and to be quiet.

We will naturally create opportunities to move out of our box, try new things and expand our awareness.

In tomorrow’s Yoga class we will address the center of grounding: our feet, legs and pelvis.

We will gradually strengthen and release the bigger and smaller muscle fiber and increase our energy flow.

Please bring a tennis ball to class.
