They help with anxiety, restlessness, insomnia and over-heating.

Unfortunately, a lot of us can’t receive the benefits of the practice, because of tight Hamstrings we have trouble bending forward.
This class is designed to address the root of the problem and we will work up to our Forward bends in these three steps:
1. To ground our feet and improve our midline in our posture.
2. Develop alignment and slide and glide in the hips.
3. To add Action meets Resistance to the poses.
