It is so great to be back and to connect back with all my Yoga peeps.
I feel that it is highly underestimated how healing community really is.
It creates a positive, strong and radiant field, encouraging healing.
In this Yoga class, we will work with the feet and the shins.
The foot is the root of our posture, When we refer to grounding, we mostly
refer to how our feet relate to the earth.
Being grounded helps us to relax and feel more ease higher up the kinetic chain.
The shins are also very important, the state of our shins predicts the vitality flow higher up in the body.
For this class you will need a blanket and a tennis or golf ball.
