The last day of August, ending the lingering heat and inviting cooler air to refresh our system.
For many of us a sigh of relief….
It will be nice opportunity to address back health.
We will experiment with our Midline Stability to keep our backs from being in pain.
It consists of two lines:
1. The Sagittal plane refers to the line of nose/chin/sternum/navel/pubic bone.
Learning to maintain a steady sagittal midline builds a more resilient lower back.
2. The Coronal plane connects to the line between ear/shoulder/hip/ankle.
With keeping this line stable, we develop strength
in our Sacral Iliac Joints (they connect the spine to the pelvis.)
Different Warrior poses and table top or plank pose are excellent remedies
to discover balance and health in our practice today.
